ArtLinks is a partnership of the four Local Authority Arts Offices in Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford County Council regions. The Flagstaff Arts Council operates the Coconino Center for the Arts and serves the Flagstaff area with support, advocacy and promotion of arts, culture and sciences. In October 2014, OAC launched Vital Arts and Public Value, a strategic plan for 2014 to 2020.

Priority: Retain the definition of core academic subjects which includes the arts and strengthen equitable access to arts learning. We are proud of Alberta’s artists, and we are especially proud to provide behind-the-scenes support to the arts.
