The Genesee Center for the Arts & Education is a community of makers, from the established artist to dabbler. Set in Essex County, Lines in the Dust is a play about the lack of equity in our education system and the lengths people will go to in order to give their children a chance for a different life. Whatever inspires you, a major in education gives you access to a wide range of learning experiences to hone your abilities and enable you to engage positively in any context. The AETF brings together education directors from arts organizations in Sarasota County, Sarasota County School staff, community members and interested citizens to support arts education in our schools and our community.
