SALA, the South Australian Living Artists Festival has been supporting visual artists in South Australia since festival supports and promotes more than 4,500 artists, provides exposure for more than 550 arts exhibitions and events and attracts more than 510,000 people to SALA events across the state. Strengthen operations, support artistic programming and support infrastructural resilience for arts organizations set in, run by, and serving communities of color. The goal of the Culture Program is to strengthen arts organizations by ensuring racially diverse program offerings, artists’ commissions, staff, board leadership, and ultimately audience – and do that in measurable, sustainable ways. The LifeCycles Project Society, a local non-profit group, was contracted to collect data and create an inventory, as well as prepare a draft report that identified opportunities and gaps in Victoria’s current arts and cultural community and made recommendations for future priorities.

Founded in 1960, Americans for the Arts is the nation’s leading nonprofit organization for advancing the arts and arts education. Kuratorium Junger Deutscher Film (Curatorship of New German Film) supports young filmmakers based in Germany.
The Flagstaff Arts Council hosts ground-breaking art exhibitions, phenomenal performances and exciting events year round at the Coconino Center for the Arts. Hauptstadtkulturfonds (Cultural Fund of the Capital City) supports arts projects across all genres in Berlin.
The purpose of the Arts Organization Project Grant program is to support registered Alberta arts organizations, companies and/or schools by providing a grant for a specific arts-related project or event. The arts community is an important sector to support and nurture, we feel that the SALA sponsorship will provide this support and continue to promote artists and the community they are a part of. Increase racial equity inside arts organizations, with a special focus on large, well-established ones, to achieve more racially diverse staff, boards, audience, and programming. We invest in the vital work of these racially diverse arts groups so the art canon and sector can be flush with diverse artists, spaces and audiences.
