SMFA’s interdisciplinary programs provide the freedom to explore in a supportive, encouraging, and highly creative environment. Over the past 7-months, OutsiderXchanges, a visual arts project based on collaboration, reciprocal learning and creative exchange has brought together six learning disabled artists and six contemporary visual artists in one studio space. I’ve been working hard on PVC, trying to keep it moving, staying honest and representing our position in the club scene in Glasgow and further afield. A shift away from the continued swell of derivative house/techno club nights towards a more creative, inclusive & intelligent Glasgow nightlife.
