Serving as a grant proposal review panelist is an opportunity for arts professionals and community members to help shape a creative Wisconsin by participating in cultural policy in action. The purpose of the Bella Vista Arts & Crafts Fair is to raise funds for the PTSA, which sponsors scholarships, provides funds for the library, campus beautification, student activities, and much, much more.
